Kids Station is a children’s educational digital service owned and operated by YNS Global S.A.R.L., a company registered in Lebanon (“YNS Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kids Station platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Kids Station is designed for family use with parental involvement. Protecting your privacy — and your child’s privacy — is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Service.

1Who This Policy Applies To

Kids Station is intended for children, but registration and subscription management must be handled by a parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”, “Subscriber”). Children should use the Service under Parent/Guardian supervision.

We collect only what is needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

A. Subscriber & Account Information

  • Mobile phone number (used for login, subscription identification, SMS notifications, and account management)
  • Email address (provided by the Parent/Guardian for account communication, service updates, and announcements about new content or promotions)
  • Country and mobile network operator (to enable carrier billing and support)
  • Subscription status and billing references (such as transaction/charging identifiers received from billing partners)

B. Usage & Technical Information

  • Content and features used (e.g., categories viewed, general interaction signals)
  • Technical identifiers such as IP address, device type, browser/app version, timestamps, and diagnostic logs
  • Cookies or similar technologies (see Section 6)

C. User-Submitted Content (Kids Gallery)

  • Artwork uploads and any optional titles/captions provided by the Parent/Guardian or user
  • Moderation decisions and safety flags related to uploaded content

D. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect From Children

We do not ask children to submit personal details such as:

  • Full name, home address, school name
  • Precise location data.

If such information is accidentally included in a gallery upload or caption, we may remove or redact it as part of moderation.

3How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Send service-related communications via SMS or email, including announcements about new episodes, features, or promotional offers. Parents/Guardians may opt out of non-essential promotional emails at any time.
  • Provide access to educational content and portal features
  • Create and manage accounts and subscriptions
  • Enable billing and renewal through mobile network operators and authorized billing partners
  • Operate referral rewards and free-day benefits (where applicable)
  • Moderate Kids Gallery submissions and enforce safety rules
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and content experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not use personal data to advertise to children, and we do not sell personal information.

4How We Share Information

We may share limited information only as necessary to operate the Service, including with:

  • Mobile network operators and their authorized aggregators/billing partners (for subscription activation, charging, reconciliation, and customer support)
  • Service providers (hosting, content delivery, analytics, security, moderation tools) acting on our instructions
  • Legal authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect safety, rights, or prevent fraud

All partners are required to protect information and use it only for the intended purpose.

5International Data Transfers

Kids Station may use servers or service providers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

To keep Kids Station safe for children:

  • Kids Gallery uploads are reviewed and moderated
  • We do not provide public messaging or direct contact features between users
  • We may remove content that is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates rules

Parents/Guardians may:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data
  • Ask questions about our privacy practices
